Roo wants to learn how to bounce the Whoopty-Dooper-Loopty-Looper-Alley-Ooper bounce, who is tongue-tied in pronunciation, and Tigger tells him he cannot learn the bounce if Roo cannot even say it right. So Tigger begins to tutor Roo on its pronunciation and mechanics. The song was written by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman. It was included in the video Sing a Song with Tigger.
