John Watkins/Citizen V

First appeared in Daring Mystery Comics #8. During World War II, John Watkins was a lieutenant in the British Army who became the first Citizen V after surviving nearly dying during the Dunkirk evacuation. After becoming Citizen V, he rallied citizens in occupied European countries against the Nazis and marked the letter "V" wherever he struck.
