Iron-Man (real name Tony Stark) (born on May, the 29th 1974) is a brilliant inventor, one of the founding members of the Avengers, and successful CEO of Stark Industries. He is the current leader of the Avengers.
History
Early life
At some point of time, Tony Stark was kidnapped by a criminal organization. He was locked up in a cave, which led him to create his first armor, which Chargeshock eagerly said he made from 'a paperclip and some empty soda cans', he had worked on for several days, allowing him to escape.
After his escape, he built a second armor to replace the first one in his beginning of his superhero career. After testing it, he built the third one and called himself Iron Man.
Present
He confronted the Justice Avengers after he decapitated Living Laser and shut down Shortcircuit's system. He argued with Jackson but got interrupted by Chargeshock. Iron Man offered him guidance. Later Tony gave Chargeshock a tour around Stark Industries and gave him the Iron Beetle Armor. After Living Laser took control of Chargeshock's armor, he and Shortcircuit threatened Iron Man that he will fry him from the inside, Iron Man sacrificed himself and got knocked out and controlled by Shortcircuit and Living Laser. He woke up after Chargeshock hacked his armor with the help of Darwin Baxter when Shortcircuit and Living Laser still took control of it and freed himself. While Chargeshock shut down Shortcircuit's whole system for good, Iron Man lead Living Laser into the molecular disruption chamber and transported him to another dimension. He complained to Chargeshock about his Iron Beetle armor having been modified by him.
His reserve armors were later taken over by an Tarantobot and set against him, though with the aid of Chargeshock, they were able to stop them and tore a piece of the Tarantobot. They went to the NYPD and learned of Doctor Tarantula when Tarantino attacked them in a new Iron Tarantula Armor and sent Tony flying, but he came back and he and the Iron Beetle defeated Tarantino, but he escaped. He later was hit by Sonic's Blue Force 1 and Chargeshock raced by him.
At the end of the Now or Never, Tony gave Chargeshock an offer to join the Avengers right after Batman gave him an offer to join the Justice League, those being offers which Jake could not choose between the Avengers, the Justice League or his own team.
Personality
According to Quincy Jackson, at the beginning of his career as Iron Man, he was very clumsy and cocky. Tony likes to brag to others about himself and his social life. As Iron Man, he is always calm and level-headed in a fight, and he sees the potential in people where others don't, as he does with Chargeshock. He is also shown to have a caring side when he shut down his armors security functions to save Jake from Shortcircuit and the Living Laser. Tony Stark has also shown to have a fashion sense, as shown when he chided Chargeshock's old Red Beetle costume, and made him a new suit in his spare time.
Stark likes to flirt with women, and he winked at a woman during his skirmish with Living Laser.
Physical Appearance
Tony Stark is a tall, Spaniard, with black hair, brown eyes, and a beard. When he doesn't have his armor on, he then usually wears his business suit. His first appearance in Flight of The Iron Beetle was changed to match his one in Marvel's Avengers Assemble.
As Iron Man, he wears a highly sophisticated armor designed and especially made for him.
Inside the Armor
Iron Man's armor is painted in red and gold colors. It is developed with Stark-based tech and carries multiple advanced weapons in it.
