Fan Casting Madame Rouge in The Doom Patrol TV Series (1998-2003)

Laura De Mille, also known as Madame Rouge, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Monsieur Mallah) in Season Three and Four of WB's The Doom Patrol. A former French actress and shapeshifter who developed a split personality after a car accident, which the villainous Brain and Monsieur Mallah both manipulated, using surgery to make her evil side dominant, turning her into a member of the Brotherhood of Evil and a frequent enemy of the Doom Patrol. After she overcomes her brainwashing, she would come to regret her past actions and even temporarily allied with the Doom Patrol, seeking redemption and attempting to live a normal life.
