Platygonus
Platygonus is an extinct genus of herbivorous peccaries of the family Tayassuidae, endemic to North and South America from the Miocene through Pleistocene epochs, existing for about 10.289 million years. P. compressus stood 2.5 feet tall.
A sorta research story of mine featuring what I think the animals in that formation looked like, as well as what I think the environment of that formation looked like in life. This could also be a great guide for everyone. It's a work in progress, let me take my time on this... Also credits to all of the artists.
