A Taiwanese man who comes across Shin, Ren and Toshi during a robbery to get revenge on the gangsters who hurt his sister. After the event, Lee and his sister joined the friend group, until a grisly event forces Ren to reveal his true nature. Years passed, Lee is now a high-ranking member of the Taiwanese mafia and is on constant rivalry with Shin, who also rose to the top of the criminal underworld and became a successful crime boss.
