Kimberly (voiced by Jane Horrocks) is a young Scottish girl and one of Miss Highkick-Spin's dance class, 'The Highkick-Spinners' (the rest of whom are unnamed). She can also play the tuba.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
