First appeared in DC Versus Marvel #4 in 1996 and was created by John Byrne. Ororo was a metamutant who was rescued and adopted by Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons alongside her daughter Diana. When she grew up, she became Wonder Woman and later Amazon and joined both the Judgement League Avengers (an amalgamation of Marvel's Avengers and DC's Justice League) and the Justice League X-Men (an amalgamation of Marvel's X-Men and DC's Justice League). She is an amalgamation of DC's Wonder Woman and Marvel's Storm.
