Carlos is a student in the encampment of sane mutants in the Main Boiler Room of the Basement. He is playing poker with Rana and Laurent, which the player can join in on with Pennies, spending one hour, for a boost to Fun and Social. Carlos was attending a CEGEP (Quebec public college) for nature sciences.
