Mutt is the operator of Mutt's Fish and Chips, an impromptu supply shop and gathering place in a room off the Main Lobby, which caters to some of the building's residents who were mutated by the Visitor but are still sane. Mutt can be traded with as a standard trader, and will buy items as well. However, he also has a special inventory, a number of unique items placed on the counter, to which a new item is added daily. All special offers go up in price by 25% every time one of them is purchased. Mutt may have been a maintenance worker for the apartment prior to the Visitor's arrival, as he was the last technician to service the vending machine on floor 1. He can be asked for the key after finding the inscription on the machine.
