However, 626 hijacks a spaceship that randomly sets a course for Hawaii, on planet Earth, where he crash lands and is knocked out unconscious and taken to an animal shelter. Jumba is partnered with Agent Pleakley to capture 626. A young girl named Lilo adopts 626, posing as a dog, and named him “Stitch”. Through her love, faith and unwavering belief in “Ohana”, the Hawaiian concept of family, Lilo helps unlock Stitch's heart and gives him the ability to care for someone else.
