They soon realize there is a bigger threat at hand. Meanwhile, a mobster by the name of Michael Minelli is regularly harassing newly elected mayor Marvin Harris. Soon the duo also come across new vigilante Blankman, who unfortunately failed to save Harris from a massive explosion set up by Minelli and realize that he may have set up Cage and Rand and put the bounty out on both of them. But they also are being hounded by the Vigilante, who seeks to kill them both, and even Blankman if necessary.
