It was directed and written by Brad Bird. The film stars Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Pine, Michael Chiklis, Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Shawn Ashmore, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Danny Devito, Joe Morton and Kerry Washington. The film follows the origins of the titular team as they learn to come to terms with their newfound abilities following their exposure to cosmic rays in space.

The film was directed by Sam Mendes and written by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, and John Logan. It stars Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow alongside Jeremy Renner, Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Nick Blood, Adrianne Palicki, Paul Walker, Linda Cardellini, Charlie Hunnam, Thomas Kretschmann, Ray Winstone, Rachel Weisz and Ben Kingsley. The film shows Natasha Romanoff on the run from the Red Room, S.H.I.E.L.D and a mercenary for hire named Taskmaster. She teams up with grieving S.H.I.E.L.D agent Hawkeye to hunt down and bring down the Red Room.

De Knight from a story by DeKnight, it is the fourth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). It stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Dane Dehaan, Shailene Woodley, Chris Zylka, Laura Harrier, Denis Leary, Vondie Curtis-Hall, J.K. Simmons, Angourie Rice, Michael Keaton, Rhys Ifans, Bokeem Woodbine, Willem Dafoe, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field. The plot of the film follows the teenager Peter Parker who gains spider-like abilities and fights crime as Spider-Man, while also attempting to live an ordinary life.

X-Men First Class (2009)

X-Men First Class is a 2009 American superhero film based on the superhero team from Marvel Comics created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. It is the third film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Directed by Matthew Vaughn and written by Ashley Edward Miller, Zack Stentz, Jane Goldman and Vaughn, the film stars Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Nicholas Hoult, Ben Hardy, Alexandra Shipp, Rebecca Romijn, Vinnie Jones, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Liev Schreiber, Ray Park, Rose Byrne and Bruce Davison. The film depicts a world where an unknown proportion of people are mutants, possessing superhuman powers that make them distrusted by normal humans. It focuses on the mutants Cyclops and Jean Grey as they are brought into a conflict between two groups with radically different approaches to bringing about the acceptance of mutant-kind: Charles Xavier's X-Men, and the Brotherhood of Mutants led by Magneto.

The film was directed by Guillremo Del Toro, with a screenplay written by Travis Beacham with del Toro and story written by Beacham. It is the second film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Edward Norton stars as Bruce Banner and Hulk, alongside Liv Tyler, Sam Elliott, Josh Lucas, Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton and Ron Perlman. The film explores Bruce Banner's origins. After a lab accident involving gamma radiation, he transforms into a giant green-skinned humanoid with superhuman strength known as the Hulk whenever stressed or emotionally provoked. The United States military pursues him, and he clashes with his biological father.

Directed by Jon Favreau and written by the teams of Mark Fergus & Hawk Ostby and Art Marcum & Matt Holloway, the film stars Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark / Iron Man alongside Don Cheadle, Jeff Bridges, Gwyneth Paltrow, Leslie Bibb, Faran Tahir, Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Jon Favreau, Shaun Toub and Stephen Lang. In the film, world-famous industrialist and master engineer Stark builds a mechanized suit of armor to escape from captivity by a terrorist group, and then uses the suit to become the superhero Iron Man.
