Catherine “The Fixer” Pelee (Elizabeth Olsen) is the trusted problem-solver for Washington’s powerful Beaumont family, quietly handling their most dangerous affairs. But Catherine hides a second life from her husband, Peter Pelee (Robert Pattinson), an FBI organized-crime agent who has no idea his wife works for a criminal empire. As Beaumont patriarch Desmond Beaumont (Forest Whitaker) grows increasingly ill, Maggie Beaumont (Viola Davis) struggles to maintain order while Marcus “Duke” Beaumont (Cuba Gooding Jr.) secretly prepares to claim the family’s throne. Meanwhile, a reckless move by Danny Kearney (Benjamin Walker), son of New York crime boss Jack Kearney (Titus Welliver), shatters the fragile balance between the two families. Marvel Studios' Avengers: King in Black
Knull, the master of absolute darkness predating the universe, targets Earth-616, launching an unprecedented cosmic invasion. Blacking out the skies and crippling global communications, massive Grendel dragons, Xenophages, and Ratrage swarms descend upon cities. As street-level heroes fight to survive, a global defense network led by Captain America and Mr. Fantastic unites Earth's forces across technological, cosmic, mystic, and supernatural fronts against an existential threat far greater than Thanos. While Iron Princess and her team defend the skies with Wakandan tech, Wanda and Doctor Strange cast mystic barriers, and the Midnight Sons protect Europe, Knull's personal arrival shatters the balance. He brutally executes Sentry by weaponizing the hero's own inner darkness, devastating the heroes' morale. Knull's true goal is capturing Dylan Brock, who holds a unique influence over the hive mind. However, Dylan's humanity and love for his father, amplified by the Spider-Men's empathic powers, sparks an unexpected rebellion within the billion-year-old hive, breaking Knull's absolute authority. This rupture, combined with the heroes' unified assault, creates an opening for the cosmic "Enigma Force" to descend and choose Eddie Brock. Transformed into a cosmic Knight of Light, Eddie is backed by Earth's heroes to destroy Knull in an epic sword duel, banishing the darkness back to the Void. Following the war, Eddie departs Earth as the new "King in Black" to control the universe's stray symbiotes. Meanwhile, the Avengers, X-Men, and all remaining protectors forge a new, unbreakable alliance to defend a brighter future together.
Marvel Television's The Punisher: Circle of Blood
Set in the chaotic aftermath of Secret Wars, The Punisher: Circle of Blood drags Frank Castle back into the blood-soaked streets of New York. His return is sparked by the wrath of Ma Gnucci, who places a massive bounty on his head and ignites a city-wide gang war. As lethal copycats tarnish his name, a fierce jurisdictional battle erupts between local law enforcement, led by Officer Powell of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF), and the federal Department of Damage Control (DODC) overseen by Agent Cleary. Frank must navigate this bureaucratic crossfire while dealing with a tense confrontation with Harlem's protector, Luke Cage. The stakes grow significantly darker when Frank uncovers a brutal, internationally protected human trafficking syndicate. With red tape paralyzing both Cleary and Powell, CIA agent Dinah Madani secretly feeds Frank intel to dismantle the untouchable elites. In response, the syndicate hires sociopathic assassin Benjamin Poindexter (Bullseye), leading to an uncompromising, hyper-violent game of cat-and-mouse in the city's underbelly. Ultimately, Frank transitions from hunter to hunted. A rogue CIA cell attempts to weaponize him as a state-sanctioned assassin. When Frank violently rejects them, the agency forms a dark alliance with the remnants of the Italian mob, branding him a domestic terrorist. Recognizing the systemic corruption at play, Powell and Cleary form a covert alliance, turning a blind eye to let Frank eradicate the rogue cell. The ideological climax arrives when Matt Murdock (Daredevil) steps in, desperately trying to stop Frank's relentless slaughter of government operatives. This forces a final, epic clash between the law's boundaries and Frank's uncompromising brand of lethal justice, brutally testing the limits of morality and vengeance in the street-level MCU.
A Marvel Television Special Presentation: Secret Defenders
On a rain-soaked New York night, a dark alliance forms amidst corrupted justice. When Detective Patrick Mulligan’s case of "vanishing inmates" reaches cynical investigator Jessica Jones, they uncover an ancient, cosmic dread. The "Broken Minds" core—Daredevil, Punisher, Moon Knight, Scarlet Witch, and Venom—is reinforced by rebellious Dylan Brock (Teen-Venom) and Billy Kaplan (Wiccan), who senses the city's deep magical rot. Infiltrating Ryker’s Prison, they face fanatic Stanley Carter (Sin-Eater), his symbiotic "Crimson Hand" assassins, and a mutated Lee Price (Venomania), fueled by vengeance against Venom. As corrupted ninjas blind Daredevil’s radar, Price's rage turns the corridors into a claustrophobic hell, clashing against Punisher’s artillery, the Venoms' brute force, and Wanda and Billy's combined chaos magic. At the end of this lethal descent, the team confronts a massive ritual in Ryker's boiler room. Teen-Venom and Punisher permanently neutralize Price, while Carter sacrifices himself, bleeding into a mystic symbiotic pool and taking his elite Hand priests into the void. At this moment of mass demise, Rio Vidal (Lady Death) materializes. Drawn by the slaughter, she watches the harvest of souls with a mocking smile, casting a chilling glance at Wanda and Billy before melting into the shadows. Believing they saved the city, the Secret Defenders extract Mulligan and fade away. However, the carnage's true purpose is already fulfilled: the crimson, alien tissue, fed by Carter's fanatic blood, seeps into an isolated cell, reaching the sociopathic killer Cletus Kasady. A terrifying smile spreads across Kasady’s face to black, revealing the bitter truth—the team unknowingly triggered the absolute apocalypse known as "Absolute Carnage."
Marvel Studios' Iron Princess
In the wake of the Multiverse crisis and the Age of Mutants, Tony Stark's technological legacy becomes the ultimate prize for corrupt regimes and criminal cartels. DODC bureaucrat Agent Cleary weaves legal conspiracies for Justin Hammer and Sonny Burch, while Buck Cashman and Connor Powell enforce a brutal lockdown on the streets. Refusing to let her father’s legacy serve a tyrannical order, Morgan Stark dons the "Iron Princess" armor—weaponized with an experimental Ionic Power reactor salvaged from the Wonder Man crisis. The moment she touches down, a burst of pure ionic energy levels every military barricade in sight with a shockwave rivaling Wonder Man himself. To fight back, Morgan forms the "Iron Syndicate" alongside James Rhodes, Riri Williams, Harley Keener, Frank Castle (Iron Punisher), and Tony’s trusted mechanic, Matthew "Matty" Vance. Fueled by Matty’s street savvy and Castle’s brutal justice, the cell strikes DODC arsenals in high-octane raids. Amid the chaos, Morgan finds solace in military strategist Victor Vincent Talbot, unaware of his true motives. Matty uncovers Victor's covert army ties, exposing that he is exploiting Cleary's bureaucratic turmoil to stage a military coup and impose a totalitarian regime. Caught between her suit's destructive potential and sudden betrayal, Morgan transforms the "Iron Princess" armor into a weapon of precise liberation. With Matty stabilizing the reactor and the Syndicate behind her, Morgan crushes Victor’s coup, brings down Cleary’s corrupt network, and resurrects the Stark legacy as a beacon of hope from the wreckage of a fallen system.
Marvel Studios' The Defenders: Roses, Diamonds, and Reign
Following the events of Secret Wars and "Daredevil: Born Again" Season 3, Matt Murdock and Frank Castle (The Punisher) manage to escape from Cell Block D. However, the New York they return to is not the one they left behind. Mystical and quantum fractures intertwine, causing crime and sorcery to bleed into one another. Doctor Strange’s reality wards are beginning to unravel. In the center of this chaos, Wilson Fisk (Kingpin) emerges from political exile as a "savior" with a new global ideology called Reign. Fisk is no longer alone in this dangerous doctrine that fuses crime, law, faith, and science; at his side is the genius scientist Ruby Thursday (Thursday Rubinstein), who has merged organic-biomechanical intelligence with human neural systems. Ruby has redesigned the MGH (Mutant Growth Hormone) substance into a quantum-based structure under the banner of “biological divinity,” binding disbanded, corrupt AVTF officers and street gangs to Fisk through this substance. She supplies both the technological and genetic soul to Fisk’s vision of a “new world order.” The network Fisk and Ruby build markets MGH as the divine rung of a genetic revolution, but in practice, it creates physical and moral mutations throughout the city. When the efforts of Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Jessica Jones to protect their streets fall short, cosmic, mystical, and street-level heroes are forced into an unconventional alliance. The new Defenders — Doctor Strange, Daredevil, Scarlet Witch, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Ant-Man, Jessica Jones, Namor, Venom, and The Punisher — find themselves clashing at the heart of this corruption. This first chapter ends with Kingpin and Ruby Thursday’s creed — that “power is necessary for salvation” — tearing the city apart, and the Reign ideology embedding itself like a virus into the subconscious of humanity.
Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: Darkest Day
After Secret Wars, Kingpin rules New York City, opposed only by Spider-Man and Daredevil's desperate guerrilla war. A mind-shattered Eddie Brock attacks Peter, leaving him bonded with the dark Black Suit. Symbiote spores soon engulf the quarantined city, forming a massive organic hive-mind: the "Web of Shadows." Peter struggles between the Black Suit's corrupting power—the only weapon strong enough to destroy the hive—and Daredevil's moral path. Tragedy strikes as allies like Luke Cage and Black Cat are consumed, returning to hunt Peter as terrifying symbiote monsters. Chaos escalates as sadistic assassin Arcade weaponizes the hive, turning the infected streets into a living "Murderworld" to hunt Peter's love, MJ, and Eddie’s awakening son, Dylan. Simultaneously, Kingpin plots to hijack the hive alongside dark sorceress Nicola Zosimos (Hexfinder) and Lee Price (Venomania). Empowered by Zosimos’s magic, Price's iron will subjugates the symbiote, creating a loyal "Maniac Army." The city plunges into a brutal three-way war between Peter’s fractured resistance, the feral symbiote swarm, and Kingpin’s merciless new forces. The climax erupts at Zosimos’s magical Nexus beneath Central Park. Peter and Daredevil battle a heavily armored Price, while Wanda Maximoff shatters Hexfinder’s magic in the astral plane. Knowing his son is safe, Eddie makes the ultimate sacrifice by forcefully fusing his symbiote into Price’s mind. Amplified by Wanda’s astral strike, this overloads the network, shattering the hive and freeing the infected. However, the massive energy blast tears a cosmic rift to the dark god Knull's realm. Merging with the last pure symbiote essence, Eddie dives in to seal the gateway from within, leaving Peter to brace for an impending cosmic war.
A Marvel Studios Special Presentation: Jessica Jones: Fractured City
In the grimy, rain-slicked streets of Hell's Kitchen, cynical private investigator Jessica Jones is reluctantly pulled into a supernatural crossfire when a powerless, deeply traumatized Wanda Maximoff seeks refuge in Alias Investigations. Hunted by Nicola Zosimos, the fanatical "Hexfinder" who uses advanced technology to violently eradicate magic, Wanda is on the brink of psychological collapse. The conflict escalates when Zosimos's crusade inadvertently threatens the oceans, drawing the fierce Talokanil warrior Namora to the surface. Grounded by a brief but grounding reunion with Luke Cage, Jessica realizes Wanda isn't a threat, but a survivor. Instead of clashing, these three fiercely independent women form an unlikely sisterhood bonded by trauma and the shared burden of being labeled "monsters." They lure the Hexfinder into the abandoned, flooded subway tunnels of New York, shifting the battle away from cosmic spectacles to a gritty, street-level showdown where Jessica’s raw brawn and Namora’s aquatic lethality buy Wanda the time she desperately needs. The climax hinges not on world-ending magic, but on emotional resilience. As Jessica and Namora dismantle the heavily armed mercenaries, Wanda momentarily mends her shattered mind to deliver a concentrated, reality-bending hex that neutralizes Zosimos without taking a life. As dawn breaks over the fractured city, Namora returns to the depths with a nod of warrior's respect, leaving the two remaining women to share a quiet, poignant farewell that speaks volumes about their shared survival. Finally choosing to stop running from her grief, Wanda uses the last of her sparking power to tear open a crimson portal—stepping through to face her true self and directly setting the stage for her highly anticipated Scarlet Witch solo film. Left alone in her office, Jessica pours a drink, ready to watch over the cracks of the city once more.
Marvel Studios' Armor Wars
Years after Tony Stark’s sacrifice (and some time after the events of Avengers: Secret Wars), the story opens to the shock of a coordinated series of bombings carried out across the country. James Rhodes (War Machine) discovers that these attacks—targeting Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Philadelphia with explosive devices built on Stark technology—are the result of a secret alliance between Justin Hammer, Sonny Burch, Parker Robbins (the Hood), and Zeke Stane. Meanwhile, young prodigies Riri Williams (Ironheart) and Harley Keener (Iron Lad) answer Rhodes’s call by deploying their new armor prototypes in both defensive and reconnaissance roles, even as Frank Castle (the Iron Punisher) seizes the terror wave as an opportunity to mete out his brutal brand of justice. To untangle the connections behind the bombings, “Detective Anita,” recently transferred in from the FBI, follows the shared digital and magnetic signatures at each blast site, uncovering how Stark-processor triggers have infiltrated the global black market.
Marvel Studios' The Defenders: Sinners of the City
Rising from the ashes of Secret Wars, Kingpin establishes a global network, binding politicians and CEOs to his "Reign" doctrine. MGH (Mutant Growth Hormone) has evolved into a quasi-religious serum offering a fake "divine purpose." Symbiotic remnants in the main timeline have fused with quantum energy, crystallizing into diamond-like shards that rewrite human DNA. While Scarlet Witch and Namor pursue radical responses to this broken balance, Doctor Strange uncovers how Fisk’s MGH experiments deform reality. Lee Price (Venomania) and Nicola Zosimos (Hexfinder) rise as High Priests in Fisk’s faith network. Simultaneously, street cells like Reignguard and Sovereign Roses terrorize neighborhoods with "diamondized acolytes," forcing Daredevil, Punisher, and Luke Cage into brutal urban warfare. Fisk doesn't seek Thanos-style annihilation; he wants to conquer minds, crowning himself Earth’s "Thanos of dominion." The Defenders fight on street, cosmic, and psychic fronts. Ant-Man and Iron Fist reveal a "Reaper of Infinity" in quantum space manipulating Fisk. Star-Lord traces MGH’s origin to interstellar ruptures—quantum-symbiotic detritus crystallized into diamonds. Wonder-Man becomes the public face of the resistance, but sacrifices his reputation to protect the populace when Fisk weaponizes his image. In the climax, Strange enters the Ritual Dimension for a sealing rite. Star-Lord severs the quantum links, Ant-Man closes the portals, and Scarlet Witch heals the sorcerous wounds left by Zosimos. The clash shatters Fisk’s network and the MGH/symbiotic nexus. Yet, the seeds of Reign—ideological scars and buried symbiotic spores—remain embedded in the city’s soul. The victory is bloody and provisional; the war for freedom continues.

Marvel Television's Cletus: Absolute Carnage
As New York struggles to recover from the profound devastation and trauma left by recent multiversal wars, its underworld is dragged into calculated chaos through the secret manipulations of Wilson Fisk, who has retreated to a tropical island. Exploiting a security breach funded by Fisk, Cletus Kasady escapes from Ravencroft Asylum, bonding with the Carnage symbiote to turn the city into his own bloody room of pleasure. Alongside Frances Barrison (Shriek), whom he met in captivity, Cletus embarks on a relentless killing spree where violence transforms into a sick, twisted romance. Crushing the reign of ruthless street boss Lee Price, this savage spectacle is, in reality, a grotesque feast offered to Rio Vidal (Lady Death) and Agatha Agnes, who watch the unfolding carnage from the shadows like a theatrical performance. The burden of ending this unstoppable brutality falls upon the exhausted Detective Patrick Mulligan, a man on the brink of moral collapse whose body and mind have been forcibly overtaken by the Toxin symbiote. Peter Parker and Eddie Brock—now darkened, intolerant figures crushed under the heavy weight of their pasts—guide Mulligan in this desperate war while fiercely trying to keep Eddie's son, Dylan, safe. During the ultimate, bloody showdown engulfing Times Square, Frank Castle (The Punisher) intervenes in the chaos. He cold-bloodedly executes Frances with a single bullet, instantly triggering Cletus's psychological collapse. When the Carnage rampage finally ends, what remains is a shattered, leaderless, and weary New York; a perfectly cleansed kingdom for the Kingpin, who is now ready to reclaim his throne.

Marvel Television's Venom: Lethal Protector
As New York attempts to heal the wounds left by Avengers: Secret Wars, Peter Parker rejects the black symbiote suit; the sentient symbiote then latches onto another Eddie Brock variant (Tom Hardy), ripping the fragile peace of Eddie’s wife Annie (Michelle Williams) and son Dylan (Roman Griffin Davis) apart. The neighborhood grocer Kimi Schafer’s wry humanity, Annie’s fierce protectiveness, and Wanda Maximoff’s (Elizabeth Olsen) mystical mentorship push Eddie into a dilemma that is at once deeply human and cosmically fraught. Wilson Fisk and Carlton Drake move to exploit symbiotic energy as both propaganda and weapon, and Drake’s experiments with a Riot V2 variant leak Knull’s low-frequency echoes into the city; during a skirmish, a fragment of the symbiote infects Dylan, and Teen-Venom is born — a new guardian who bonds with the family’s darkness and learns with frightening speed. The stakes rapidly escalate as hives and swarms of Grendels and Xenophages spill into the streets; Fisk’s media machine attempts to cast the Brock family as “alien terrorists,” while Wanda makes a tremendous psychic sacrifice to cleanse Teen-Venom of Knull’s influence. The uneasy new father-and-son balance between Eddie and Teen-Venom coalesces into Venom’s role as protector even as Riot V2 and Fisk’s schemes are exposed; in the climactic battle beneath a blood-red sky, New York is saved, but the burning sigil of Knull in the heavens whispers that this victory is only temporary.
