Many years have passed since the events of Grease, and Danny Zuko has been living a quiet life with his wife Sandy. In the meantime, a new generation of high school students are introduced, including Danny and Sandy's granddaughter. She's a spunky and confident young woman who reminds Danny of his late wife. As he watches her navigate high school, he realizes that it's time to let go of his past and embrace the future.
