She attempts to rebuild her normal life and performance schedule. However, her desire for normalcy is interrupted when people—including members of the superhero community—seek her help for magical and supernatural issues. Not to mention the personal troubles that continue to haunt her. Meanwhile, her relationship with Nick Necro deepens, forging a romantic connection with every adventure they share. Zatanna performs at a Las Vegas venue, faces a foe alongside Constantine, and must contend with the powerful and cruel Brother Night—a major threat seeking to dominate both the magical world and organized crime.
