Vivian Watson (born on 30th December 2007) is an American actress who took over the role of Toot from Tori Feinstein in the American dub of Chuggington starting from the sixth season.
It tells the story of Bruce Wayne, who at 55 years old returns from retirement to fight crime and faces opposition from the Gotham City police force, the return of classic foe Two-Face and a final confrontation with the Joker.
