Tommy Arashikage used to serve Cobra until he learned that Zartan is the one who murdered his and Kim's uncle, The Hard Master and framed him for his entire life. Feeling remorse for his actions, Tommy is given a chance by Kim and Snake Eyes to join the G.I. Joes in preparation in the final battle against Cobra. Tommy, now redeemed, assists Jinx and Snake Eyes in the final battle against Cobra and is prepared to confront Zartan for the murder of The Hard Master.
