Peter Browngardt is an American animator, storyboard artist, writer, voice actor, and producer, currently working as executive producer, and creative director behind Looney Tunes Cartoons.
Rui Yamane (daughter of Mitsuha and Taki) leaves her family to train with the people of Tokyo. She meets Bill Seethers, an Australian boy about the same age as she, who reveals his family are part of "The Lost Six" who did not escape the zone. Rui suspects her missing identity is also being held and embarks on a rescue mission with Bill while encountering old and new friends along the way.
