'Young Pilots' takes flight as a vibrant, musical adventure from Universal Cartoon Studios. Angel Dias, a charismatic but reckless young pilot voiced by Ryan Gosling (both speaking and singing), dreams of soaring beyond the restrictive boundaries of his small, cloud-covered town. He yearns to join the elite Sky Guard, an aerial patrol renowned for protecting the skies from mysterious air anomalies. His life takes an unexpected turn when he befriends James Tremblay, a naturally gifted mechanic with a heart of gold, voiced and sung by Jason Weaver. Together, they forge an unlikely partnership, fueled by James's ingenious inventions and Angel's daring spirit. Their journey is further complicated by Louis Bateman, a sharp-witted and ambitious rival, voiced and sung by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who sees Angel and James as obstacles in his own ascent to Sky Guard stardom. The trio's intertwined destinies collide as they uncover a hidden truth about the air anomalies and the Sky Guard itself, forcing them to choose between their personal ambitions and the fate of their world, all set to a soaring soundtrack that blends pop, jazz, and orchestral scores.
