S1E5: Love and War
As the sunset fades on the Fourth of July, April and Mara find a chance to be alone. April encourages Mara that she is more than her parents past. Mara solidifies that April has found her place in the world. In a moment of vulnerability both have never felt, they embrace and kiss. The two shared a love and understanding that neither of them had ever felt before. In that moment, April's mental apparition of her father disappeared from her mind, she had found clarity and peace of mind. As Leo and Aurora end their night with a friendly game of billiards they discover Ethan's laptop in an active chatroom communicating the events of the past evening to a mystery person. The Riddler? Batman? Who could Ethan be talking to? With Mara and April nowhere to be found, Leo and Aurora went to find Vathos. As they entered his room, they found Vathos with his neck snapped, turned 180 degrees backwards. The son of Ocean Master and Siren was now sleeping with the fish.
