S1E7: Family Reunion Once the Joker had gotten word of his daughter's existence and of his Harley Quinn's survival, he gathered an army to take them back by force. Happy Harbor, Maine had been overtaken by the Joker's gang with one goal in mind: destroy Mount Justice. As rockets launched into the side of the mountain, the Young Justice prepared to do what they've been training for, they were ready to fight. April loaded up on non-lethal weapons as Mara suited up in her Kryptonian armor. Aurora gathered all of her gear as Leo sharpened his claws. Ethan remained in a cell for communicating with the Joker and compromising everyone's safety. The four headed out against the Joker and his gang with the help of an armoured Lex Luthor and Harleen Quinzel, more sane than ever but still just as deadly. The war of Happy Harbor was a brutal one but it came to a shocking climax as the Joker was finally reunited with his puddin. With a smile on his face and without hesitation, the Joker shot Harley in the head for her betrayal over 17 years ago. In a mad fury, April rushed to her mother and held her as she died in her arms. Harleen's last words to her daughter were "don't let anyone tell you who you are". April stood up with a fiery rage in her veins, finally she would confront her father. The Joker and his daughter grappled in a psychotic battle to the near-death. Just as April had a gun to her father's head, she threw it away.
