In the isolated town of Black Hollow, whispers of an urban legend known as The Echo Chain haunt the shadows. A message sent to unsuspecting victims' phones at precisely 2:13 AM carries a simple, eerie request: “Will you let me in?” Those who answer are never the same. After the sudden disappearance of her brother Sam five years earlier, Dr. Lila Travers returns to Black Hollow to unravel the mystery behind his vanishing and the sinister force lurking in the town’s digital darkness. When a group of college students encounters The Echo Chain during a reckless night in the woods, the horror is reignited. One by one, they begin receiving cryptic messages, haunted by a faceless, otherworldly entity known only as The Pale One. As Lila races to uncover the truth and confront the growing evil, she must decide how far she’ll go — and what she’s willing to sacrifice — to save those she loves from a malevolent force born in the dead spaces between signal and silence.
