It has been a week since the Great Hyena Games end with a tie and two years has passed since the severe storm system with multiple tornadoes converge into a single, massive tornado that threatens and strikes Smallville during the Spring Formal and Dorothy Gale the MLP G5 Dragon girlfriend/love interest of Kael-El "Skyspark" Drakon can't sleep after her, her boyfriend and entire group of friends/allies' first trip to Oz because she's obsessed about the magical place full of things that doesn't exist: Talking tin men, walking scarecrows, yellow brick road and ruby slippers and Lois Lane and Jason Teague thinks she's delusional, so they send her to Belle Reve Sanitarium for electric shock therapy that she can be cured of her "bad waking dreams", but she escapes during a storm with her entire universal group of friends/allies, falls into a river, and wakes up back in a ruined Oz, where Dorothy's pet hen Billina can talk, and they all find the land, including Dorothy's old friends, turned to stone by the Nome King and his accomplice Princess Mombi. The entire heroes must race against time to restore Oz to it's roots with the help of their new friends: Tik-Tok, Jack Pumpkinhead, and the Gump.
