Atem and his friends return to Chicago and meets 8 yr. old Alex Pruitt who is left home alone due to the chicken pox. Meanwhile, four terrorists working for a North Korean terrorist group are sent by their boss to obtain a top-secret microchip that can act as a cloaking device for a missile. They succeed in retrieving the chip and hide it in a remote-control car, but a luggage mixup at the airport leads to the car falling into Alex's hands when his neighbor gives it to him for shoveling her driveway. Atem, his friends and Alex finds out about the chip and the baddies who are looking for it, so they set up the traps in Alex's home.
