Tara Lyn Strong (née Charendoff; born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian and American actress. She is known for her voice work in animation, websites, and video games. Strong's voice roles include animated series such as The New Batman Adventures, Teen Titans, Teen Titans Go!, Rugrats, The Powerpuff Girls, The Fairly OddParents, The Proud Family, Xiaolin Showdown, Ben 10, Chowder, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Unikitty!, and DC Super Hero Girls. She has also voiced characters in the video games Mortal Kombat X, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Jak and Daxter, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Blue Dragon, and Batman: Arkham. Strong has earned Annie Award and Daytime Emmy nominations and won an award from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences. Nicole Sovanna, an ordinary 7th grade student, finds a magical device called the Dream Collet in the library at her school and meets Coco, a fluffy lil' creature from the Palmier Kingdom. Nicole decides to help restore his world, the Palmier Kingdom, which has been destroyed by an evil organization known as Nightmare, by collecting the 55 Pinkies in the Dream Collet, which is able to make any wish come true. By making her decision to help Coco, she proves she has the heart to be a Cure and is given her Pinky Catcher, letting her transform into Cure Dream. However, Nicole cannot fight the Nightmares as the legendary Pretty Cure alone; she must choose a team of four other students to become the legendary warriors known as Pretty Cure. Together with Cure Rouge (Riley Naderson), Cure Lemonade (Melonie "Ulala" Love), Cure Mint (Claire Audrey), and Cure Aqua (Karen Lakefield), they become the Pretty Cure 5!
