Four young monks are forced into cooperation at the Xiaolin Temple after learning they are the chosen ones. Jack Spicer, a kid who thought he could become a chosen one and was rejected, stumbled upon a mysterious puzzle box, and accidentally released Wuya, a Heylin-Ghost witch who had been imprisoned for 1,500 years. When Jack meets these chosen ones, he unveils his plans and declares his rivalry with them.
