Jubilee is a student studying at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, a school led by telepathic mutant Charles Xavier, meant to teach and protect the often prejudiced race of mutants. She is friends with a member of Xavier's mutant task force the X-Men, the troubled Logan, also known as Wolverine. When the terrorist mutant Magneto sets out to destroy humankind, and humans attempting to destroy mutantkind, Jubilee must rise up and be able to use her powers to help the X-Men and Xavier's goal of human-mutant peace.
