In a world where human evolution has given rise to mutants with extraordinary abilities, the first generation of heroes emerges to face challenges beyond common understanding. The X-Men, led by the visionary Professor Charles Xavier, bring together a motley team of mutants, including Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Beast, Angel and Iceman. However, these heroes fight to protect a world that fears and discriminates against mutants rather than venerating them as its saviors. With intolerance and hatred a constant challenge, their every decision will shape not only their destiny, but the global perception of mutants.
