Benjamin Joseph Schwartz (born September 15, 1981) is an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his recurring role as Jean-Ralphio Saperstein on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation, his starring role as Clyde Oberholt on the Showtime series House of Lies, and his voice roles as Randy Cunningham in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Dewey Duck in DuckTales, and Leonardo in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Sonic the Hedgehog in the eponymous film series and its spin-off miniseries Knuckles. He also appeared many times in the CollegeHumor web series Jake and Amir. His film career also includes roles in Peep World: Everybody's Fine, The Other Guys; Transformers: Age of Extinction; The Walk; This Is Where I Leave You; Standing Up, Falling Down; and Flora & Ulysses. On television, he has starred in the Netflix comedy series Space Force (2020–2022) and the Apple TV+ murder mystery comedy series The Afterparty (2022–2023). The MCU X-Men introduces us to where mutants have been around all this time because Professor X has been using Cerebro to erase the existence of Mutants in people's minds. Years later during the events of Endgame, Iron Man's gauntlet snap not only erased the villains but also awakened the X-Gene. Many mutants' powers began to lose control over their powers and many new mutants began to get their powers. Many people have been rioting on about getting rid of mutants and there are some protests going on about Mutant Lives Matter where they have been wanting to have mutants live with people in harmony. Therefore, The Government, Senator Kelly, and Worthington Industries decided to bring the Mutant Registration Act with the Sentinels and Magneto sees this as a threat so he decides to attack the humans. On the other hand, Charles Xavier decided to open the school for gifted mutants and train the X-Men to save the world once and for all.
