(Played by Colin Donnell in the Arrowverse). Tommy Merlyn was Oliver Queen's best friend who was killed during the Undertaking. Tommy's Earth-X counterpart was Prometheus, who fought against Oliver and committed suicide. His Earth-2 counterpart was the Dark Archer who also fought against Oliver and was defeated and placed in police custody. Tommy was later brought back after the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths.
