(Played by Derek Mears in the Arrowverse). Sylbert Rundine was a criminal who gained metahuman powers after being exposed to dark matter when the Flash returned from the Speed Force. In 2003, he robbed Mercury Labs, but David P. Ratchet was charged with the crime instead due to the latter's resemblance to the former. In 2017, after gaining metahuman powers, he robbed both Palmer Technologies and Kord Industries, drawing the attention of Vibe and Elongated Man, who he fought against. During their battle, he shrunk them down. Later on, he was tricked into returning them to normal size and was later sent to Iron Heights. During his time there, he was killed by the Thinker.
