(Played by Paul Anthony in the Arrowverse). Roy Bivolo, nicknamed Prism, then Rainbow Raider, was an individual who gained pathokinetic metahuman powers after the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion. He used his powers to influence the Flash into attacking the Green Arrow out of anger. Later, he was defeated by both Team Flash and Team Arrow and incarcerated. He and Mark Mardon were later broken out by Captain Cold and was later on recruited by Pied Piper in an alliance that intended to take over Central City and defeat the Flash. Once again, he was defeated by the Flash and left for the Central City Police Department.
