(Played by David Cubitt in the Arrowverse). Mark Shaw was an agent of ARGUS who was sent to Corto Maltese who betrayed the organization. Shaw was defeated by Oliver Queen, Roy Harper, and John Diggle. Diggle agreed to fake Shaw's death allowing the latter to resume living a normal life.
