(Played by Liam McIntyre in the Arrowverse). Mark Mardon is an individual who robbed banks alongside his brother Clyde. Both he and his brother were exposed to the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator explosion, giving Mark weather-based metahuman powers. Both Mark and Clyde were enemies of the Flash. After his brother's death, he has been associated with Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Golden Glider, the first Trickster, and Pied Piper. He has an estranged daughter named Joslyn Jackam, also known as Weather Witch.
