(Played by Steven Culp in the Arrowverse). Joseph Cray was a United States Senator who held hostages in Kasnia in order for him to “save” them, thus contributing to his presidential campaign. The Suicide Squad was sent to stop him and resume the hostages, costing the life of Deadshot. Afterwards, he painted Deadshot as the hostage taker.
