(Played by Michael Beach in the DCEU). Jesse Kane was the leader of a crew of high-tech pirates. Jesse and his crew (including his son, David) hijacked a submarine. Aquaman arrived at the ship and fought off the pirates and defeated Jesse, leaving him to die. After Aquaman left, Jesse told David to live in order to kill Aquaman. Jesse died killing himself by using a grenade.
