(Played by Nathan Mitchell in the Arrowverse). Isaac Stanzler was a vigilante and former partner of Wildcat. Isaac was captured and tortured by the Culebra gang, leading to him wanting revenge as he believed that Wildcat had abandoned him. He kidnapped Ted Grant and Laurel Lance, but was defeated when the Green Arrow and Arsenal intervened. Later, he was arrested by the police, but was killed by Cupid while in police custody.
