(Played by Bill Goldberg in the Arrowverse). David P. Ratchet is an individual who was sent to Iron Heights Prison after being framed for the Mercury Labs robbery in 2003 committed by Sylbert Rundine. During his time in Iron Heights, he met and befriended Henry Allen, who saved his life. Years later, when Barry Allen was sent to prison, he befriended him as well, saving his life from other inmates. When Barry and David got into a fight with other inmates, the former saved the latter's life. Afterwards, Barry agreed to take David to Jiaju, China, where the latter could start a new life.
