(Played by Nicholas Gonzalez in the Arrowverse). Dante Ramon was the older brother of Cisco Ramon. On Earth-2, Dante was the metahuman known as Rupture who wanted to exact revenge on the Flash as he believed that the speedster killed his brother, Reverb. After a battle against the Flash, he was killed by Zoom, who called him "an even bigger disappointment than his brother." On Earth-1, he died after Flashpoint, leading Cisco to become estranged with Barry.
