(Played by Lovell Gray-Adams in the Arrowverse). On Earth-1, in 1979, Barack Obama was targeted by Gorilla Grodd, who attempted to kill him in order to alter the timeline and summon Mallus. However, he was saved due to the intervention of the Legends of Tomorrow. In 2014, during his presidency, Obama was visited by Amanda Waller, regarding the terrorist group Onslaught. In response to this, Waller proposed a team known as Task Force X, a team consisting of mainly former villains which would respond to the terrorists.
