James Newton Howard is an American film composer, orchestrator and music producer. He has scored over 100 films and is the recipient of a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award, and nine nominations for Academy Awards.
Similar to the recently announced Lightyear series, this is a show that inspired the toys from Toy Story. This would be an animated show which would inspire the toys seen in Toy Story, so no casting people already in that movie
