Mira Nova is the princess of her home planet Tangea. She is also the first female space ranger. She wanted to become a space ranger, because she wanted to show everyone on Tangea that girls can do boy stuff too. And she certainly achieved that goal. As a younger woman, she went to Star Command's Space Ranger Training Academy along with her friends Booster the big red alien from Mars, XR the robot and the man, the myth, the legend himself, Buzz Lightyear.They all live on Earth together. Star Command's founder was no other than Commander Nebula, who had been a space ranger long before the days of Buzz, Booster, XR and Mira. But sadly, he died. Before he did pass, he made Mira the new leader of Star Command. And let's just say that she takes this responsibility very seriously. Nobody would know what Star Command would do without Mira, because they all know that although she's a princess, she's still a very important part of the space ranger team.
