Mei Ling is a 13 year old girl with a strong passion for singing. She lives with her adoptive parents and her adoptive sister Riley. She has a beautiful singing voice and dreams of doing it professionally. Her favorite food is dumplings. Her best friends are her sister Riley and Molly. Her favorite singers and biggest inspirations are Hannah Montana and 4 Town, the famous boy band from Canada. Mei also has a magical superpower. Whenever she gets upset or excited, she can magically transform into a giant red panda. But it's okay, because her red panda form is usually harmless and she's able to control her emotions and turn into a human again pretty easily. However, she knows that if she ever needs help, she can always turn to her friends and family. No matter what though, everybody in Newmanvile will always love Mei. Panda and all.
