Barbie is probably the richest citizen in all of Newmanvile. You can probably say that she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Not literally of course. She works as a fashion model testing out new clothes made by only the finest designers. She often attends events most people would ever dream of doing. Prime examples include fashion shows, movie premieres, concerts, sporting events, parades and really fancy parties. But when there's no special event, which is almost all the time, she mostly stays home, looking after the Dreamhouse while her husband Ken works at his antique store. Like her husband, she also has a good heart and will not let her good looks and wealth define her. Because all her life, she always believed that although it's nice to be blessed with a lot money and good looks, what matters most is your character, or as she likes to call it inner beauty. Although going out is fun from time to time, Barbie also knows that there's no place like home. Especially if home's the place where she'll get to see Ken's smiling face at the end of a long day.
