Al McWhiggin is the owner of Al's Toy Barn. He's a shrewd businessman with a heart of stone.He's also Andy, Molly and Bonnie's evil uncle. He lives in a mansion right next door to Zurg and Stinky Pete's wooden shack on the outskirts of Newmanville. For example, he raises the prices of all the toys in the store, even the cheap ones. Although he shouldn't be doing that, because some families already find it hard enough to buy toys for their kids already, due to a crisis or other financial reasons. He was also once the manager and CEO of his own music publishing company, Mcwhiggin Records. He was even Sheriff Woody's agent and tour coordinator during the mid 2000s. But he was fired from that job and lost his music company when the higher ups at Nashville Tennesee found out he was disrespecting, mistreating and making Woody do nonstop, round the clock national tours without ever giving him the chance to go home. Not even for Christmas.From that moment on he solmenly swear to get his revenge on who he calls the double crossing cowboy. He'll resort to any crime, including but not limiting to blackmail, robbing banks, making and selling knock off toys in his store and kidnapping. And that's why when Woody gets invited to play songs in other towns in the Tooniverse, he jokingly refers to himself as his own agent, which is better than having no agent at all. Although he's a bad guy, Al doesn't have any weapons on him, making it easy for our heroes to defeat him. Now about that skin he calls muscle, turns out it's just body fat. It comes to show that Al is just an old cheater, inside and out.
