Wonder Woman, also known by her civilian name Diana Prince, comes face to face with a troubled youth named Donna Troy, with powers similar to hers. Soon, she must mentor her so that they may face Diana's old friend turned enemy the Cheetah, as well as a new deadly foe in the form of Edgar Cizko also known as Doctor Psycho, who seeks to obtain Wonder Woman's powers for his plans that will endanger millions.
