After vanquishing Ares, the god of war, and saving humanity during World War I, Diana Prince is now leading a peaceful life on the island of Themyscira, home of the Amazons. However, when a sinister force begins to stir across the realms of the gods, Diana is called upon by her fellow gods and goddesses to once again defend humanity. As she embarks on this new journey, she discovers a deep connection to her heritage and the gods themselves, and must confront long-buried secrets from her past. With the help of her trusty shield and lasso, as well as new allies like the god Apollo, Diana must navigate this new world of gods and monsters to protect humanity while also learning the truth about her own destiny. However, the villains she faces this time pose an even greater threat than Ares ever did. The god of death, Thanatos has unleashed a powerful curse upon the world, causing mortals and immortals alike to fall under his control. To make matters worse, a rogue Amazon named Circe has allied herself with Thanatos, driven mad by her own thirst for power and revenge against her sisters. In a thrilling climax, Diana faces off against Thanatos and Circe, harnessing the full power of her godly heritage to save humanity once again. With stunning action sequences, a strong cast, and a deeper exploration of the world of the gods and goddesses, "Wonder Woman: Blood of the Gods" takes audiences on a ride they won't soon forget.
