Edgar Cizko was brilliant psychologist, but a lot of resentment against the world due to constant bullying and belitteling from his childhood to adulthood, but when he managed to give him self telepathic powers, he went rogue and started his own crime organization and believes to be only one who can lead humanity to greatness, thus wanting to take over the world.
