After becoming a Vietnam War veteran and having to mull over Steve Trevor's death, Diana Prince is invited by her army friend and current CIA secretary Bradfort Thorne to investigate the Proyekt Super Chelovek. In which, this project seeks to create metahumans in search of the USSR to attack the US. The film takes place in 1982.
